Terms of Service

Draft for review

This is a working draft, not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Every highlighted item in brackets must be replaced with the real details before this page is published.

These terms are an agreement between you and Ankit Jodhani ("we", "us"), the provider of FlowCraft, a browser-based editor for diagrams, carousels and explainers, and Weave, its AI feature. By creating an account or using FlowCraft you accept these terms. If you use FlowCraft for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

1. Who we are

FlowCraft is provided by Ankit Jodhani, an individual trading as FlowCraft. You can reach us at [Contact email].

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us at [Contact email] if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • An account is for one person. Do not share it or sell access to it.

3. The service

Free. The editor, the templates and every export format are available without charge.

Pro. A paid monthly subscription that adds Weave. The current price is shown on our pricing page and at checkout.

We improve FlowCraft continually, so features can change. If we remove something that is central to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

  • Pro is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, and invoices come from Paddle.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings, under Billing. Cancellation stops future charges; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Weave, the AI feature

  • When you use Weave, your request, the page you are working on and any files you attach are sent to third-party AI model providers that generate the response. We choose and may change these providers. You cannot bring your own provider or key in FlowCraft's cloud service.
  • AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to output given to other people. Review what Weave makes before you rely on it or publish it.
  • Pro includes a monthly Weave allowance. When it runs out, Weave pauses until your next billing period; the editor keeps working.
  • Do not use Weave to create anything that breaks the acceptable use rules below or the law.

6. Your content

You own what you create and upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process, copy and display your content only as needed to run FlowCraft for you, including sending it to AI providers when you use Weave. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies kept for a limited time in backups.

You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use FlowCraft to:

  • break the law, or infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • create or share content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that promotes violence;
  • upload malware, probe or attack the service, or try to get around usage limits, quotas or security controls;
  • scrape the service, copy its templates in bulk, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
  • resell or sublicense access to FlowCraft or Weave.

8. Our software and templates

FlowCraft, its software, design and templates belong to us or our licensors. You may use the templates and icons inside your own work, including commercial work you publish. You may not redistribute them as templates or assets of your own. Icons from outside libraries (Iconify, Flaticon, IconScout and Lordicon) come under their own licences, some of which ask for attribution or a paid plan for certain uses; check the licence shown with an icon before you publish work that uses it.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using FlowCraft and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or where the law requires it; where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your work. After an account is closed we delete its content as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep FlowCraft available and your work safe, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we exclude implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of work that matters; Settings lets you export all of your projects.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to FlowCraft is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email or in the app. If you keep using FlowCraft after the change takes effect, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where we are established, and disputes will be heard in its courts, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim there.
