Refund Policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This is a working draft, not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Every highlighted item in brackets must be replaced with the real details before this page is published.
We want you to be glad you paid for Pro. This policy explains how cancelling and refunds work. Payments for FlowCraft are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle.
1. The free plan
The editor, the templates and every export format are free. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe to Pro.
2. Cancelling Pro
You can cancel at any time from Settings, under Billing. You will not be charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for. Your projects stay in your account on the free plan.
3. Refunds
- If you are not happy with Pro, ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full.
- After that window, charges are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or the service did not work as described.
- A refund ends Pro on your account straight away.
- This no-questions refund is available once per customer. We always refund a charge caused by our mistake, such as a double charge, whenever it happened.
If you live in the UK or the European Union, you also have the rights consumer law gives you, which this policy does not reduce.
4. How to ask
Use the link in your Paddle receipt, look up your order at paddle.net, or email us at [Contact email] from the address on your account with your invoice number. Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days.
5. Before a chargeback
Please contact us or Paddle first. We can usually sort out a billing problem quickly, and a chargeback may pause your account while it is reviewed.
